• Herbal Bath Elixir No. 3 (also branded as Preventive) is produced by the Ukrainian beauty brand Green Pharmacy. It is designed to strengthen your immune system and to prevent colds and flu. This concentrated elixir is formulated with a blend of natural extracts and essential oils that have a stimulating effect and make you feel better in just a few minutes.

  Green Pharmacy's Preventive bath elixir contains natural ingredients that have a revitalising effect and help to prevent cold and flu, which is especially important during the cold season.

  Echinacea. Echinacea, also known as purple coneflower, is valued for its immunomodulating properties. Native Americans used it to treat throat infections, and even today preparations including echinacea prove to be useful for colds and other upper respiratory tract infections.

  Peppermint. The product is infused with peppermint essential oil that gives it a fresh, invigorating scent. Besides, it has an anti-viral effect and thus aids in flu prevention.

  Birch and oregano. Active ingredients of the elixir include birch leaf extract and oregano extract. These extracts help to relieve nervous and muscle tension. They are also valued for their pain-relieving and antiseptic properties.

  Orange. Aromatic essential oil cold pressed from orange peels gives a mood and energy boost. It makes you feel better after a long working day, stimulates your immune system and relieves stress. Just like other essential oils, it has an anti-microbial effect.

  Directions. When taking a bath, add 50-100 ml of elixir into water. The recommended water temperature is 36°С to 39°С. The recommended bath time is 15 to 20 minutes.

     I am a big fan of bubble baths and have only three requirements for bath products: lots of foam, subtle and natural fragrance, no slippery residue on my skin or the bathtub. This elixir meets all three. It is a soapy liquid which turns into lots of fluffy foam that won't dissolve the whole time I take a bath. The aroma is simply amazing, it's fresh and minty but not too strong. It envelops you, as if you soar on a mint cloud. It doesn't moisturize the skin, only helps relax, but I always use a lotion after bathing anyway, so it is not an issue. In general, it is a great product that I can recommend to everyone who loves bubble baths and mint.
