Lavender Hydrolate Toner is produced by the Ukrainian beauty brand Agor for its natural cosmetic line titled SUMMER TIME SERIES. It is a highly effective product for skin and hair care. Best suited for mature, dry, damaged, problem, and sensitive skin. Formulated with lavender hydrolate.
Hydrolates, also known as herbal distillates or flower waters, are aqueous products of steam distillation of plants/herbs. They are essentially diluted essential oils therefore they have all the useful properties of essential oils but are less likely to cause allergic reactions and other adverse effects due to low concentrations. Hydrolates are used as cosmetics for skin and hair care.
Effect on skin. Lavender Hydrolate Toner has an antiseptic, moisturising and soothing effect. It helps to cleanse the skin, prevents redness, flaking and inflammation, provides the skin with nutrients. The toner improves skin elasticity and prevents premature wrinkles. It also helps to relieve sunburn, eliminates acne, and can be used as a treatment for eczema.
Effect on hair. The product soothes the scalp and can be used to relieve itching. Due to its nourishing and moisturising properties, it helps to keep your hair healthy and beautiful.

Directions. Can be used as a toner (spray directly onto skin or onto a cotton pad and then wipe the skin), as a solvent for Agor's powder masks and cleansers (except for alginate masks), as a hair care product (spray onto hair or scalp), as a fabric conditioner when ironing, as a treatment for sunburn, insect bites, itching, heat rash. Shake the bottle before use.
