Best suited for oily and problem skin. Formulated with cucumber extract and calendula (marigold) extract.
Hydrolates, also known as herbal distillates or flower waters, are aqueous products of steam distillation of plants/herbs. They are essentially diluted essential oils therefore they have all the useful properties of essential oils but are less likely to cause allergic reactions and other adverse effects due to low concentrations. Hydrolates are used as cosmetics for skin and hair care.
Effect. Cucumber & Calendula Hydrolate Toner has a nourishing and toning effect on the skin. It helps to cleanse your skin and tightens pores. Due to calendula hydrolate, the product has disinfecting, anti-inflammatory and healing properties. It regulates sebum secretion, whitens the skin and improves complexion. The hydrolate also soothes the skin and stimulates its renewal, normalises the hydro-lipid balance of the skin and improves microcirculation.
Free of parabens, colourants, synthetic fragrances, mineral oil. Not tested on animals.
Directions. Can be used as a toner (spray directly onto skin or onto a cotton pad and then wipe the skin), as an aftershave lotion, as a treatment for minor skin injuries. Shake the bottle before use.
