  • Pumpkin Soap is produced by the Ukrainian cosmetic brand Ambra (Lviv Private Soap Factory). Its key ingredients are vegetable oils, pumpkin juice, silk protein, rosewood essential oil, neroli essential oil, and patchouli essential oil. Produced using cold process, cured for at least 6 weeks. 100% handmade.

    Cold process soap is highly effective because cold-process soap making allows to better preserve the benefits of natural soap making ingredients like herbal extracts and vegetable oils. Thanks to slow, natural saponification such soap has a more delicate texture than hot-process soap and cleanses the skin very gently yet effectively.

    Pumpkin Soap by the Lviv Private Soap Factory is an exclusive product based on coconut oil, maize oil, olive oil and castor oil. It is infused with grape seed oil, sea buckthorn oil, pumpkin juice, hydrolysed silk protein and essential oils.

    Pumpkin juice contained in the soap moisturises the skin, provides it with vitamins and minerals, and stimulates skin renewal.

    Sea buckthorn oil is known for its strong healing properties. It provides the skin with essential fatty acids and vitamins A and E which have an antioxidant effect.

    Hydrolysed silk protein helps to retain moisture in the epidermis, improve skin elasticity, and prevent premature skin ageing.

    Directions. Apply to sponge or hands, create lather and cleanse. Rinse well.

    Ambra is a Ukrainian cosmetic brand owned by the Lviv Private Soap Factory, a small family-owned company that produces handmade, natural cosmetics. The company is based in the city of Lviv. It was founded in 2010 as a small, privately owned manufacturing enterprise that produced exclusive handmade soap. Today Ambra offers consumers a wide range of personal care products including soap bars, liquid soap, hammam soap (also known as beldi soap), solid shampoos, cosmetic butters and oils, body scrubs, lip balms, and more.

    The motto of the Lviv Private Soap Factory is “Naturae convenienter vive!” which translates into English as “Live in accord with nature”.     1. Frankly speaking, I was a little disappointed. I bought this soap thinking it would smell like pumpkin spice but it turned out it simply contains pumpkin juice. The smell is actually a bit sweet, probably because of neroli oil. Apart from that (and honestly that's my fault, should've read the description more attentively) its an okay soap. It lathers well and doesn't make my skin dry.
