• Silver Fir Foaming Bath Salt is produced by the Ukrainian beauty brand Arosa. This scented foaming bath salt helps to create your own spa bath at home with very little effort. The salt produces a 2 in 1 effect: it has pronounced aromatherapeutic properties and creates a light, scented foam that helps to relax and forget about your everyday problems. The product is enriched with pine needle extract, rosemary extract, and silver fir essential oil.

     I use this bath salt to combat congestion. I have weak lugns so it sometimes takes me weeks to stop coughing when I catch a cold. When I add this product to my bath, hot water releases the essential oils and it's like using an inhalant but while relaxing in the bathtub. It makes it easier to breathe and helps relax. Just remember that you shouldn't take hot baths if you have a fever! Wait until your body temperature returns to normal and then you can use bath salts to treat cough.
