Eucalyptus Bath Salt is produced by the Ukrainian personal care brand Home Doctor. It is a natural product based on sea salt derived from the water of Saky Lake (Crimea) and enriched with eucalyptus oil and extract. The salt can be used in balneotherapeutic procedures, it is designed to prevent common cold.
Saky sea salt is derived from the water of salt lakes located in Western Crimea. It is widely known for its therapeutic properties and thus it is often used in spa treatments. As the key ingredient of Home Doctor bath salt, it is combined with eucalyptus extract and essential oil that have a refreshing and rejuvenating effect on the skin. Eucalyptus is known for its anti-inflammatory properties, it relieves sore muscles, helps to relax and stimulates microcirculation.
Mineral composition. Home Doctor's bath salt contains potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron and sulphate ions. These minerals help to normalize the water and salt metabolism in cells, improve blood coagulation, help to transport oxygen to cells and tissues, and produce a detoxifying effect.
Additional ingredients. Eucalyptus essential oil, eucalyptus extract.
Mechanism of action. Sea salt helps to normalise skin cell metabolism and relaxes sore muscles. It provides the skin with essential minerals, helps to get rid of toxins, and stimulates nerve endings in the skin. Baths with sea salt help to treat sore muscles after intensive training, relieve stress and fatigue.
Directions. Dissolve 100 g (4–5 tbsp.) salt in warm water (35-39°С). For a pronounced balneotherapeutic effect, add up to 500 g salt per bath. Take a bath for 10–20 minutes every day or every other day. 10–15 baths required for a visible therapeutic effect.
