Ukrainian brand Aromatika presents Lavender Baby Oil. This is a natural bath oil suitable for babies from the first days of life. It is based on vegetable oils and herbal extracts, and does not contain SLS/SLES, parabens, mineral oil and colourants.
Lavender Baby Oil belongs to the brand’s special cosmetic line which is specifically designed to take care of the delicate and sensitive skin of newborn babies. It dissolves instantly without leaving an oily film on the surface of the water.
The oil contains natural oils such as wheat germ oil, almond oil and jojoba oil. They will take good care of your baby’s skin. These oils help to cleanse the skin without drying it out, provide the skin with nutrients, help to keep it hydrated, prevent red and irritated skin.
Aloe vera extract has pronounced moisturising, soothing and antibacterial properties. Lavender essential oil helps to relax and sleep well.
Directions. The product is designed to take care of baby’s skin, but it is also suitable for adults. It can be used as a make-up remover.
For a baby bath, pour a capful of bath oil (5 ml) into warm water (32-36°С). For the first bath, reduce the recommended dose of oil by half. A regular (“adult”) bath will take 2–3 capfuls of oil. Stir the water slightly and wait until it the oil covers the surface of the water. Immerse your baby in the bath for 5–10 minutes. It is recommended that you don’t rinse the oil off after bathing because it creates a thin protective layer on the skin surface. It doesn’t prevent the skin from breathing, but protects it from dehydration and harmful environmental factors. If necessary, apply Aromatika moisturising baby oil after bathing.
Attention. Due to the protective oily layer, the baby’s skin will be slightly slippery, so be careful.
If you want to use the oil as a facial wash or a make-up remover, rub a small amount of oil between your clean, damp palms and apply it onto your face. Rinse thoroughly.
