  • German brand Klar presents its Marseille soap (Savon de Marseille). Based on a recipe that’s more than 600 years old, this bar soap is formulated with natural vegetable oils and free of synthetic surfactants such as SLS or SLES, animal-derived ingredients, and fragrance.

    The soap is perfect for daily hand and body care. It easily removes dirt and grime from the surface of the skin without drying it out, and keeps your skin feeling clean and fresh throughout the day. Thanks to containing only natural ingredients, the soap is safe for delicate baby skin. It can also be used to pre-treat clothes before washing.

    Dermatologically tested. Suitable for sensitive and allergy-prone skin. Recommended by the German Association for Allergy and Asthma.

    Directions. Apply to damp skin, lather, rinse. Avoid contact with eyes.

    Ingredients. Sodium Palmate*, Sodium Cocoate*, Aqua, Glycerin*, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Thiosulfate.
    * 5% of the raw materials are from certified organic cultivation.

    Klar is a German household and personal care brand owned and produced by AlmaWin. The company has been producing safe and eco-friendly washing, cleaning and dishwashing products since 1993.

    A brand named Klar was added to the company’s portfolio in 2002. It comprises fragrance-free products for allergic people and customers with sensitive skin.     1. This doesn't look like traditional Savon de Marseille, but I don't mind because the product really works. I've recently stopped using shower gels and switched to natural soaps and a natural sponge. My skin has never looked and felt better! The soap leaves my skin really soft and squeaky clean. The scent might take some getting used to but it's still better than some chemical fragrance.
