Directions. Face mask: in a non-metallic bowl, mix clay with warm water to obtain a moderately thick paste. Apply evenly to clean skin and let it sit for 10–15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and apply toner or moisturiser. Hair mask: apply clay paste to scalp and hair, put on a shower cap and wrap your head in a towel. Let the mask sit for 15–20 minutes (or more), rinse thoroughly. Body wrap: apply clay paste to clean skin, wrap in plastic wrap and put on warm clothes. In 1 hour, unwrap and rinse with warm water. Bath: add 100-150 g clay to warm water, soak for 20–30 minutes, take a contrast shower.
