  • Ukrainian beauty brand Home Doctor presents Be Healthy Essential Oil Blend composed of Scots pine essential oil, lemon essential oil and rosemary essential oil. It is a general tonic that boosts the immune system and speeds up recovery after a cold.

    Scots pine essential oil is valued due to its revitalising, cleansing, antioxidant, antimicrobial and deodorising properties. This oil is derived from the needles of the Scots pine tree through steam distillation. It has a delicate, pleasant, refreshing smell with strong coniferous notes. The aroma of Scots pine oil helps to combat fatigue, gives an energy boost and makes recovery from a cold much faster. As a cosmetic product, this oil is great for taking care of problem skin.

    Lemon essential oil is cold-pressed from the peel of lemon fruit. Its smell is characterised as fresh, cool and slightly bitter. It triggers the body’s protective mechanisms and help to combat fatigue. Lemon oil has antiseptic and antioxidant properties; when used to take care of hair and skin, it eliminates dandruff, strengthens hair roots, reduces pigmentation and balances oily/problem skin.

    Rosemary essential oil, just like pine oil, is obtained by steam distillation. Its warm and slightly bitter smell helps to combat insomnia and improves overall well-being. As a skin and hair care product, rosemary oil balances oily and problem skin, combats dandruff and stimulates hair growth.

    When blended, these essential oils complement and enhance each other’s useful properties, producing an excellent aromatherapeutic effect.

    Directions. This essential oil blend can be used in aromatherapy or added to cosmetic products. Optimal dosage: essential oil diffuser necklace – 1-2 drops, aroma lamp – 3-5 drops, bath – 3-4 drops, massage – 3-5 drops per 10 ml carrier oil, enriching cosmetic products – 1-3 drops per 10 ml product. For external use only.

    Ingredients. Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Oil, Citrus Limon Peel Oil, Pinus Sylvestris Leaf Oil, Limonene, Coumarin, Linalool, Citral, Citronellol, Geraniol.
