    Sweet almond oil nourishes, moisturises and softens the skin due to its high content of fatty acids (especially linoleic acid and oleic acid), vitamins A, B2, E and F, dietary minerals (magnesium, phosphorus, zinc), carotenoids, and other nutrients. The oil has a rejuvenating effect: it restores skin elasticity, has a lifting effect, and prevents dull complexion.
