Directions. Face mask. In a non-metallic bowl, mix clay with warm water to obtain a smooth paste. Apply evenly to clean skin and let it sit for 10–15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and apply toner or moisturiser.
Hair mask. Apply clay paste to scalp and hair, put on a shower cap and wrap your head in a towel. Let the mask sit for 15–20 minutes (or more), rinse thoroughly.
Bath. Clay baths help to combat cellulite and acne breakouts, relieve itchy and flaky skin, slow down skin ageing, and make the skin softer and smoother. Add 100-150 g clay to warm water, soak for 20–30 minutes, take a contrast shower (warm, then cool).
Body wrap. Body wrap treatments with cosmetic clay improve skin cell metabolism, stimulate skin renewal, help to get rid of toxins, and provide the skin with essential minerals. Apply clay paste to clean skin, wrap in plastic wrap and put on warm clothes to create a sauna effect. In 1 hour, unwrap and rinse with warm water.
