Payment & Shipping

A minimum order amount at Organic Store is 50€.


As soon as you submit your order, we will send you a confirmation email containing links to two payment systems: LiqPay and Wayforpay. You can pay for your order using either of the systems.

LiqPay supports the following payment methods:

  • Visa/Mastercard
  • MasterPass by Mastercard
  • Visa Checkout by Visa

Wayforpay supports the following payment methods:

  • Visa/Mastercard
  • Bitcoin

The security of the connection and the confidentiality of your payment data are ensured by the SSL protocol. We do not process your payment through our website, neither do we collect, process or store your payment information (see our Privacy Policy).


At Organic Store, we offer international shipping to almost any member state of the Universal Postal Union. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Spain due to customs restrictions. We use Ukrposhta (the national postal service of Ukraine) for all deliveries. Your parcel will be delivered to you by your local postal service.

The cost of international shipping is 15 Euros per 1 kg, minimum parcel weight is 2 kg. Shipping costs are added to the overall cost of your order.

Please note that international shipping may be subject to fees, taxes or other charges as a result of your country’s local legislation. We are not responsible for any such charges. We strongly recommend that you check the import charges applicable in your country before placing an order.

Please don’t forget to provide accurate and complete shipping information. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing our banking information. As soon as we receive your payment, we pack and send your order. When your parcel is sent, you will receive another email containing your tracking number.

You can track your package on Ukrposhta website while it is in Ukraine and on your national postal service’s website as soon as the package arrives to the destination country. Please not that there may be a delay in tracking while your parcel is in transit. But don’t worry, once your parcel crosses the border of its destination country, you will be able to track it.

The parcel is sent after you pay for the order and the delivery.

Important note for our UK customers: on December 21, 2020, Royal Mail announced that its deliveries may be subject to delays and limitations due to the ongoing COVID restrictions. While we continue mailing orders to UK customers, we cannot guarantee their prompt arrival on the account of factors that are beyond out control. If you have specific questions, please contact Royal Mail directly for more information.


According to the Ukrainian legislation (namely, Law of Ukraine on Consumer Rights Protection), cosmetic products are included in the list of nonfood goods not subject to exchange (return) if purchased goods are of proper quality.

Upon receiving the delivery please make sure that the parcel’s contents correspond to your order.

In the presence of a postal worker, inspect your parcel to make sure that it is not damaged. If the parcel or its contents are damaged or there are items missing from your order, you have the right to return the purchase. Return your order and we will refund the cost of your order or replace the damaged items (provided that the items have not been opened and used).

You can receive a refund only if you inspect the parcel in the presence of a postal worker. If you open the parcel and/or damage the packaging yourself, the items are not subject to return.
