Just like other products in Elfa Pharm burdock series, the mask contains burdock oil. This ingredient is obtained from greater burdock root via a cold extraction process. Fresh or dried burdock root is combined with some type of vegetable oil, such as olive oil or sunflower seed oil, and left for some time (up to several weeks) so that the nutrients contained in the root disperse throughout the oil.
Burdock oil combines the useful properties of burdock root and natural vegetable oils. It is rich in essential fatty acids, vitamins and other nutrients. Due to the high content of this oil, Elfa Pharm conditioning hair mask effectively improves hair elasticity and flexibility, helps to maintain its volume.
How it works. This burdock hair mask is formulated with the unique Bh Intensiv+ active complex that stimulates microcirculation in the scalp, provides hair follicles and shafts with proteins and other nutrients, stimulates hair growth and keratin synthesis, repairs damaged hair structure and regulates sebum secretion, preventing dandruff.
Formulated with natural ingredients: nettle extract, avocado oil, lupine seed extract, hydrolysed soy protein, hydrolysed keratin, lucerne extract, Chinese knotweed extract, centella extract, Szechuan lovage extract, saw palmetto extract, red clover extract, butcher's-broom extract, pepper extract, horsetail extract, garden angelica extract, thyme oil, rosemary oil.
Directions. Apply a small amount of mask onto hair roots, spread along the entire hair length. Leave for 2 minutes, rinse with water. Do not use a shower cap. Do not leave for more than 2 minutes. For best results, combine with Elfa Pharm burdock shampoo.
