Sulfur and Birch Tar Soap is produced by the Ukrainian beauty brand YAKA for its pharmaceutical series. It contains precipitated sulfur and birch tar that have disinfectant, antimicrobial, antiparasitic and insecticidal properties. It can be used as an additional treatment for some common skin conditions.
In some countries, birch tar has been used as a natural antiseptic for a long time. When combined with precipitated sulfur, its healing effect becomes even more pronounced. As a result, YAKA natural hard soap with sulfur and birch tar can be used as an additional treatment for psoriasis, oily seborrhoea, fungal skin infections. It can also be used to treat pediculosis (lice infestation).
Sulfur and Birch Tar Soap is formulated with a combination of natural vegetable oils that includes coconut oil, which is one of the most valuable oils used for personal care. Thanks to coconut oil, the soap gently cleanses and softens your skin, helps it to retain moisture and improves skin elasticity.
Sulfur and birch tar natural hard soap is free of animal fat, synthetic colourants and preservatives, E-numbers. Not tested on animals. Environmentally friendly.
Directions. Used just like regular soap. Contraindications: individual intolerance of or increased sensitivity to any of the components.
Ingredients. Coconut oil, palm oil, castor oil, rapeseed oil, birch tar, precipitated sulfur, alkaline solution.

The name YAKA reflects the main principles of the brand. In Ukrainian, ЯКА is an abbreviation that stands for “High-quality. Useful. Aromatherapeutic.”. This means that YAKA strives to produce natural products with cosmetic and pharmaceutical properties that are safe for health and the environment.
Today, beauty products by YAKA are especially popular in Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus. But the company is constantly expanding production and exploring new markets. The quality of its products is confirmed by the Ukraine Centre of Standardisation and Metrology (UCSM). Plants and herbs used in production are grown on the company’s own farm. -
