Natural BirchTar Soap is developed by the Ukrainian beauty brand YAKA for its pharmaceutical series. It contains birch tar that makes it an effective treatment against some skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis, eczema and furunculosis.
The soap’s main active ingredient is birch tar. It is derived from the dry distillation of the bark of the birch tree. Birch tar has antiseptic and insecticidal properties, improves skin blood flow.
Natural hard soap with birch tar by YAKA can be used as an auxiliary treatment against acne, psoriasis, eczema, seborrhoeic dermatitis, fungal skin infections. The soap can also speed up the healing of boils.
The formula of Tar Soap is based on a combination of natural vegetable oils, including valuable coconut oil. Thanks to these oils, the soap gently cleanses your skin, softens it, prevents moisture loss and helps to improve skin elasticity.
YAKA natural tar soap is free of animal fat, synthetic colourants and preservatives, E-numbers. Not tested on animals. Environmentally friendly.
Directions. Used just like regular soap. Contraindications: individual intolerance of or increased sensitivity to any of the components.
Ingredients. Palm oil, coconut oil, rapeseed oil, castor oil, birch tar, alkaline solution.

The trademark YAKA was first presented by Remos in 2005. Initially, the company specialised in producing natural handmade soap according to the old pharmaceutical recipes. Now YAKA offers a wide selection of beauty products for face, body, and hair care.
The name YAKA reflects the main principles of the brand. In Ukrainian, ЯКА is an abbreviation that stands for “High-quality. Useful. Aromatherapeutic.”. This means that YAKA strives to produce natural products with cosmetic and pharmaceutical properties that are safe for health and the environment.
Today, beauty products by YAKA are especially popular in Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus. But the company is constantly expanding production and exploring new markets. The quality of its products is confirmed by the Ukraine Centre of Standardisation and Metrology (UCSM). Plants and herbs used in production are grown on the company’s own farm. -
