• Chestnut Henna Hair Dye is produced in India by Creative Research Labs for Lady Henna. This is a safe and natural hair dye formulated with Indian henna hand picked in the state of Rajasthan. The product is enriched with natural herbal ingredients. Free of ammonia and peroxide. Chestnut brown hue.

  Lady Henna herbal hair dye gives deep colour and brilliant shine, it colours the hair evenly along its entire length. The product does not damage the hair or scalp. It is enriched with a blend of Indian medicinal herbs which makes your hair softer and gives it additional volume.

  The dye is formulated with Indian henna that deeply hydrates and nourishes your hair, strengthens its roots, makes the hair thicker and softer. Arabica coffee has a rejuvenating effect and makes combing and styling easier. Catehu enhances the colouring effect of henna, giving your hair natural chestnut brown hue. It also relieves irritation and prevents dandruff.

  Directions. Empty one or more sachets of powder into a non-metallic bowl. Add hot water (30 ml water per 10 g/1 sachet powder). Mix to form a lump free, uniform mixture. Using an applicator brush, apply to hair and spread evenly. Put on a shower cap and leave the dye on for 60 minutes. Wash your hair thoroughly.

  The amount of dye needed depends on the length of your hair. Use 10-30 g (1-2 sachets) for short hair, 40-60 g (4-6 sachets) for medium length hair, 70-90 g (7-9 sachets) for long hair.

  Precautions. Before using, read the attached instructions carefully. Conduct a patch test before using the product (apply a small quantity of dyeing mixture directly to the skin for 48 hours to make sure its use does not result in allergic reactions and/or skin irritation). The final hair colour may vary depending on the original colour and condition of your hair as well as the length of exposure to the dye. The product should not be used for dyeing the eyebrows or the eyelashes.

  Ingredients. Sterilised Indian Henna (Lawsonia Inermis), Arabica Coffee (Coffea Arabica), Catechu (Senegalia Catechu), Colourant (Cellulose Gum, P-Aminophenol, Citric Acid, Sodium Sulfite, EDTA).

     I love that this hair dye contains no chemicals. It also does not try my hair out like pure henna. The color is exactly as advertised and lasts long. Bye-bye, chemical dyes! I've found by new favorite chestnut dye.
