Cucumber & Blackcurrant Hydrolate Toner is produced by the Ukrainian beauty brand Agor for its natural cosmetic line titled SUMMER TIME SERIES. It is a highly effective product for skin and hair care. Suitable for all skin and hair types. Formulated with cucumber hydrolate and blackcurrant hydrolate.
Hydrolates, also known as herbal distillates or flower waters, are aqueous products of steam distillation of plants/herbs. They are essentially diluted essential oils therefore they have all the useful properties of essential oils but are less likely to cause allergic reactions and other adverse effects due to low concentrations. Hydrolates are used as cosmetics for skin and hair care.
Effect on skin. Cucumber & Blackcurrant Hydrolate Toner has a moisturising, toning and rejuvenating effect on the skin. It cleanses and refreshes your skin, provides it with vitamins, whitens the skin and improves complexion. The product has anti-inflammatory properties. It stimulates skin renewal and collagen synthesis, prevents premature wrinkles and improves skin elasticity. Besides, it soothes the skin, regulates its hydro-lipid balance and prevents dryness and flaking.
Effect on eyelids. The hydrolate can be used to take care of delicate skin around the eyes. It soothes the skin and helps to keep it hydrated, prevents dark circles under the eyes.
Free of parabens, alcohol, colourants, synthetic fragrances, mineral oil. Not tested on animals.
Directions. Can be used as a toner (spray directly onto skin or onto a cotton pad and then wipe the skin), as a solvent for Agor's powder masks and cleansers (except for alginate masks), as a hair care product (spray onto hair or scalp), as a pre- and post-tanning skincare product, as a make-up remover, for making cosmetic ice, and for taking care of the skin around the eyes. Shake the bottle before use.
