Unrefined, cold-pressed shea butter is a 100% natural product produced by the Ukrainian cosmetic brand Ambra (Lviv Private Soap Factory). Also known as karite butter, it is extracted from the nut of the African shea tree. Shea butter is high in unsaturated fat and melts at body temperature. 100% natural. Produced in Ghana.
Composition (useful substances). Shea (karite) butter is a fat derived mainly from oleic acid and stearic acid. Other fatty acids contained in shea butter include linoleic acid, palmitic acid, linolenic acid and arachidic acid. Unrefined shea butter also contains 6–17% unsaponifiables (tocopherols, triterpenes, triterpene alcohols).
Properties and personal uses. Karite butter is widely used in cosmetics as a moisturiser, lotion or salve. It is valued for its healing, softening and protective properties. Shea butter repairs damaged hair structure, stimulates skin renewal, and has a strong rejuvenating effect. It is suitable for all skin and hair types but is especially great for dry and problem skin. Can be used to take care of delicate baby skin.
Directions. You can use shea butter as is, combine it with cosmetic oils, use it as a carrier oil to dilute essential oils or as a base for DIY cosmetics.
Ingredients. 100% Butyrospermum Parkii Seed Butter (unrefined, cold pressed shea butter). Produced in Ghana.

Ambra cosmetics are free of artificial colourants, preservatives, fragrances, emulsifiers, surfactants, and other potentially irritating or harmful synthetic ingredients. Each product branded as Ambra contains only a bare minimum of natural ingredients like oils, spices, medicinal herbs, beeswax, honey and propolis, which is nevertheless enough to take good care of your skin and hair. All products are safe for human health which is confirmed by quality certificates issued by the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine. -

At Organic Store, we offer international shipping to almost any member state of the Universal Postal Union. Your package will be delivered by your local postal service. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Spain due to customs restrictions.
