Directions. Dissolve 100 g (4–5 tbsp.) salt under a stream of warm water (35-39° С). To achieve a pronounced aromatherapeutic and balneotherapeutic effect, add up to 250 g salt per bath. Take a bath for 10–20 minutes every day or every other day. 10–15 baths required for a visible therapeutic effect.
