Directions.
Baths. Dissolve some salt in hot water, then add cold water until you achieve the desired temperature. Take a bath for 15–30 minutes, then rinse your skin with warm water. After taking a bath, rest for 40–60 minutes. For a therapeutic effect, take a bath with Dead Sea salt every other day for about a month (10–15 baths), then take a three-month break and repeat the course. Optimal water temperature 36-38°С. Use 200-400 g salt for a concentrated bath and 100-200 g salt for a therapeutic bath.
Hand and foot baths. 30–60 g salt per 1 l water.
Sponge baths. 30–50 g salt per 1 l water. Soak a sponge in salt water and massage your body with the sponge for 10–15 minutes, then rinse.
Applications. 30–34 g salt per 1 l warm (50°С) water. Apply to joints, spine, muscles. Soak a piece of natural fabric in salt water, squeeze lightly, apply. Wrap with plastic wrap for a better effect. Leave for 20–30 minutes, rinse the skin. Rest for at least an hour.
Face or body peel. Mix some salt with a small amount of vegetable oil, preferably olive. Apply to wet skin and massage lightly until the skin turns slightly red. Take a shower or rinse your face.
