Ukrainian brand Aromatika presents rice germ oil. This is a 100% natural product noted for its high content of essential fatty acids and other nutrients. Rice germ oil, also known as rice bran oil, is obtained by means of solvent extraction and subsequent refining from rice grain bran (Oryza sativa). It is widely used for skin and hair care.
Natural rice bran oil contains unsaturated oleic, linoleic and palmitic acids, proteins, vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B6, minerals (zinc, iron, potassium, sulphur, phosphorus), lecithin, squalene, ferulic acid, antioxidants, and other useful compounds. It is noted for its high vitamin E (tocopherol) content.
Rice germ oil is used in dermatological preparations and skincare products. This oil is non-comedogenic, so it can be used to take care of oily, combination, and problem skin. Rice bran oil absorbs very quickly and doesn’t leave the skin feeling sticky or greasy.
The product has a pronounced moisturising, nourishing, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and rejuvenating effect. Due to its high antioxidant content, it prevents premature skin ageing. Rice bran oil helps to protect the skin from UV rays and other harmful environmental factors, relieves sunburnt skin. It can be used to take care of the delicate skin around the eyes.
Free of preservatives, colourants and synthetic additives. Hypoallergenic.
Directions. Can be applied as is, mixed with other vegetable and/or essential oils, added to store-bought cosmetic products. For external use only.
