Ukrainian beauty brand Swan presents Squalane Eye Cream. This is a 100% natural and safe cosmetic product free of parabens, stabilizers, synthetic fragrances and dyes, and other ingredients that might irritate delicate skin around the eyes.
The cream’s key active ingredient is olive squalane. Squalane is a derivative of squalene, a natural organic compound found in small quantities in human sebum (skin oil). It is widely used in cosmetics as an emollient and moisturiser. Olive squalane makes the skin firmer and improves its elasticity, helping to get rid of drooping eyelids and reduce crow’s feet. Squalane has low acute toxicity, so it doesn’t irritate the skin.
The cream also contains grapeseed oil and jojoba oil. The oils provide the skin with essential fatty acids and other nutrients, make it softer and smoother, and help to lock in moisture.
The product contains only four ingredients: squalane, two vegetable oils and beeswax. It is completely free of fragrance, dyes and preservatives, which makes it hypoallergenic and suitable for people with overly sensitive skin.
Directions. Apply a small amount of cream to clean, dry skin, tapping lightly with your fingertips.
