WildLife face masks are based on sodium alginate, also known as alginic acid. It is a naturally occurring polysaccharide obtained from brown algae such as kelp. Due to its ability to absorb water quickly and turn into gel, alginate is widely used as an ingredient in plastifying face masks. Alginate masks have a pronounced lifting effect. They make the skin smoother and firmer, improve its elasticity and complexion, and help to lock in moisture.
Another key ingredient contained in WildLife’s firming face mask is grape (in the form of an extract and powder). It strengthens capillary walls, stimulates collagen synthesis and skin cell regeneration, improves complexion, softens the skin, and has a toning and rejuvenating effect.
Directions. Mix 25 g mask with 70–80 ml cool water in a non-metallic bowl. Stir well for 1 minute. Coat your eyebrows and hairline with some cosmetic oil or face cream. Apply the mask in a thick layer (3–4 mm). Leave for 20–25 minutes, then remove the mask by lifting it off in one peace starting from the chin. Remove residue with a wet wipe or a sponge soaked in toner. Apply toner or moisturiser. Please note that the mask begins to plastify in 4–5 minutes, so apply is as soon as the mask is ready.
