• Lavender & Coconut Oil Salt Face and Body Scrub is produced by Ukrainian beauty brand Mayur. This is an all-natural skincare product based on sea salt and natural oils. It is free of SLS/SLES, parabens, fragrance, and other artificial ingredients. Not tested on animals. Vegan.

  Exfoliation is an important part of your skincare routine. Face and body scrubs remove dirt, grime, excess sebum and dead cells from the surface of the skin, prevent clogged pores and breakouts, make the skin soft and smooth, and stimulate microcirculation in the epidermis, facilitating the transport of oxygen and nutrients to skin cells.

  Natural face and body scrub by Mayur is formulated with sea salt that provides delicate cleansing. Fine salt crystals act as a natural exfoliating agent that effectively cleans the skin without scratching or damaging it. Besides, sea salt provides the epidermis with essential minerals (calcium, potassium, magnesium, manganese, zinc, selenium, iron, iodine) that restore its natural health and glow. Exfoliation with sea salt stimulates epidermal cell metabolism and skin renewal, making the skin silky smooth and keeping it clean and fresh throughout the day.

  Another important ingredient contained in the product is coconut oil. It is widely used in skincare throughout Asia and beyond due to its high saturated fat content. Saturated fatty acids provide the skin with essential nutrients and prevent dehydration. The oil also contains vitamin E (tocopherol) that has an antioxidant effect. It improves skin elasticity, prevents premature skin ageing, speeds up the healing of minor skin injuries, and relieves irritated skin.

  Lavender oil that can be found in the scrub has aromatherapeutic properties. Its fresh smell helps to relax and forget your troubles. Besides, lavender has a revitalising effect on the skin.

  The product has anti-cellulite properties. Regular anti-cellulite massage with Lavender & Coconut Oil Salt Scrub will make your skin softer and smoother, as well as reduce the appearance of orange peel skin.

  Directions. Apply to damp skin after bath or shower, massage for 2–3 minutes. Rinse with warm, then with cold water. Apply moisturiser. Use 1–2 times a week depending on your skin type.

     I am not a huge fan of salt scrubs but this one was a gift from a friend so I decided to give it a try. It is much more gentle than I expected and the smell is so wonderful and soothing! It also works well to make my skin feel and look silky smooth. The only criticism that I have is that their "natural emulsifier" doesn't seem to work. When I got it there was a layer of coconut oil on top of salt and I need to mix the scrub with a spatula every time I use it.
