Formulated with baobab oil and Indian soapnut, it is specifically designed to make your hair thicker and enhance its volume. The shampoo easily removes dirt, grime, excess sebum and styling product residue from the hair and scalp without causing dehydration.

    Organic shampoos by Planeta Organica don’t contain any aggressive surfactants that can cause dry and brittle hair; instead, they are formulated with plant-based surfactants such as soapnut extract. Natural surfactants produce a soft lather and cleanse the hair very delicately without stripping it off its natural oils. They are hypoallergenic and safe even for sensitive scalp.

    In addition to soapnut extract, the shampoo contains natural ingredients that help to take care of the hair. They include baobab oil, coffee extract and honey clover extract. Baobab oil has long been used by African women to take care of their skin and hair. They use it to make their hair thicker and stronger. Baobab oil provides the hair with fatty acids, amino acids and vitamins, improves its structure, restores the hair’s natural strength and increases its volume.

    1. First a little about my hair: it used to be color-treated; oily at the roots and with dry ends. I wash my hair every 2-3 weeks and try to use gentle shampoos without SLS or SLES (coco sulfate is ok, it's mild enough). I use several shampoos, this is one of them and I like it. It cleanses great but doesn't strip my hair of oils, makes my hair soft and shiny, boosts volume a bit. I noticed that my roots became stronger and the hair grows a little faster I think.
