  For the maximum effect, make body wraps 3–4 times a week for 2–5 weeks. Repeat the course in 1–2 months or as soon as you notice the first signs of cellulite.

  Directions. Use immediately after a shower or bath. Wipe your skin dry and apply a thin layer of cream to your thighs, buttocks, stomach, or other problem areas. Wrap with plastic wrap and put on some warm clothes. Leave for 15–20 minutes, then unwrap and rinse with warm water.

     Every spring I begin to prepare my body for seaside vacation: excercise at home, start walking more, eat less pastry and sweets. Recently I've also been doing body wraps. Don't know if they actually help but at least they feel nice. I apply this cream to my stomach and sides, wrap them in plastic wrap and leave to up an hour. It makes my skin soft and hydrated. Can't say if it helps against cellulite becausr I don't have any but it feels nice.
