  Family Doctor toothpaste with a fresh mint flavour effectively removes dental plaque and whitens the teeth, prevents dental caries and bad breath. Thanks to containing thoroughly selected herbal extracts, it helps to keep the oral cavity healthy, prevents inflammation, inhibits the growth of pathogenic bacteria, remineralizes and strengthens tooth enamel, and maintains the natural colour of the teeth.

  The key active ingredients contained in Family Doctor Complex Toothpaste are chamomile, marigold (calendula), sea buckthorn, calcium and peppermint. Chamomile extract has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. It reduces gum inflammation, speeds up the healing of minor injuries in the oral cavity, and reduces gum sensitivity. Marigold extract also has an anti-inflammatory and healing effect.

  Sea buckthorn extract strengthens and protects the gums as well as produces an antioxidant effect. Peppermint extract eliminates pathogenic bacteria that are the main cause of bad breath and has a pleasant refreshing effect. Calcium remineralizes and strengthens tooth enamel, preventing dental plaque and other common tooth problems.

  The toothpaste is free of fluoride, sugar, chlorhexidine, SLS and mineral oil.

  Directions. Squeeze some toothpaste onto your toothbrush and brush your teeth in circular motions for 2–3 minutes. Do not swallow. Rinse your mouth thoroughly and spit. Brush your teeth twice a day after meals. To enhance the effect, rinse your mouth with Extra Strength mouthwash by Family Doctor after brushing.

     I have used many different toothpastes but I tend to prefer those that don't contain SLS because this ingredient dries my lips out. This one is in my top 10. It doesn't contain sulfates which means that it doesn't lather well but it still cleans my teeth ok. The flavor is minty but not too much. I like it. I like this toothpaste because it cleans well, doesn't dry my lips and doesn't make my mouth feel dry.
