To make its cucumber face lotion, Cocos uses fresh cucumber juice of its own production made from this season’s cucumbers. Thanks to this ingredient, lotion effectively cleanses the skin, produces a refreshing effect, combats pigmentation, evens out skin tone and improves complexion, prevents greasy shine, and relieves dry, itchy and flaky skin.
In addition to cucumber juice, the lotion contains chlorophyll. This is a natural green pigment that has antioxidant properties. It protects the skin from free radicals, prevents premature skin ageing, speeds up the healing of minor injuries, and prevents acne scars. Another active ingredient that can be found in the lotion is ethanol (in a low concentration so that it doesn’t irritate the skin). It inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria and prevents inflammation.
The lotion is perfect for oily and combination skin, which is prone to acne breakouts.
Directions. Apply to clean skin 1–2 times a day. Follow up with your regular moisturiser.
