Moisturising Coconut Oil Body Lotion by Dr. Sante Natural Therapy is a body care product formulated with natural coconut oil. The lotion has a nice silky texture and a sweet smell of fresh coconuts; it takes good care of the skin by nourishing and moisturising it, protecting it from the environment, and helping to preserve its natural health, beauty and youthfulness.
Coconut oil is a valuable cosmetic oil extracted from the meat of mature coconuts. It is composed of lauric, myristic, palmitic, oleic, decanoic, and caprylic fatty acids. Due to its high content of saturated fats and antioxidants, coconut oil is resistant to rancidification and therefore has a long shelf life.
Coconut oil has long been used as a skincare product in some regions. It nourishes and moisturises the skin, stimulates its regeneration and renewal, makes the skin soft and supple, prevents irritation and flaking, reduces transepidermal water loss, soothes sunburnt skin, and prevents razor burn.
Alongside coconut oil, the lotion contains vitamins C and E, squalene, allantoin and lecithin. These ingredients produce a powerful antioxidant and moisturising effect, soothe irritated skin, improve its natural barrier function, and provide the skin with nutrients.
Coconut Oil Body Lotion has a nice texture; it absorbs well and doesn’t make the skin feel sticky. The product’s nice, light smell will transform your skincare routine into a luxurious ritual.
Directions. Apply to clean, dry skin. Massage until absorbs.
