  Directions. Evenly apply some oil to your scalp and massage slightly, rubbing the oil into hair roots. Wrap your hair with plastic or put on a shower cap and let the oil sit for 2 to 3 hours. Rinse thoroughly using shampoo. To prevent hair loss, apply the product once or twice a week for two months. To treat hair loss, use daily for three weeks and repeat the course in a month.

     I used to use coconut oil for my hair but my friend told me that burdock oil is supposedly better for hair loss. And it is indeed one of the best oils I used on my hair. It makes my hair really strong and the number of hairs I lose every time I wash my hair has reduced significantly. I can't say that it's perfect though because it contains mineral oil. Not that it causes me any discomfort but I know that it really important for some people.
