100% Pure Edible Coconut Oil is produced by the Ukrainian brand Aromatika. This oil is made in the Philippines, it is extracted from high-quality raw materials by cold pressing. Unrefined. Can be used in cooking.
Aromatika’s pure coconut oil is solid and white at room temperature. When the temperature exceeds 27 °C, it melts and becomes an almost clear liquid. It has a nutty flavour with a touch of sweetness and a pleasant taste.
Composition (useful substances). Coconut oil is remarkable for its high saturated fat content. It contains saturated fatty acids such as lauric acid, myristic acid, decanoic acid, caprylic acid and palmitic acid as well as monounsaturated oleic acid. Due to its high levels of saturated fat, coconut oil is slow to oxidise and resistant to rancidification. It can be stored up to six months without a refrigerator (at 24 °C).
