Grapeseed oil is pressed from the seeds of grapes. Its mostly composed of unsaturated fats – linoleic acid (omega-6) and oleic acid (omega-9). In addition, grapeseed oil contains saturated palmitic acid, saturated stearic acid, unsaturated alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3), and unsaturated palmitoleic acid (omega-7). It is also rich in phenols (tocopherols) and phytosterols.
