Precautions. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water. Store in original packaging. Keep away from direct sunlight and heating sources.
Directions. Can be used in aromatherapy or mixed with carrier oils. Aroma lamp: 1–2 drops per 2 tbsp water. Time of procedure 30 min. Aroma bath: 3-7 drops per 1 tbsp bath salt, honey or bath foam; dissolve in a cup of hot water and pour into the bath. Time of procedure 20 min. Cold inhalations: apply 3–5 drops to a tissue or a piece of cloth, take 10–20 deep and long, then 5–7 short inhales and exhales. Repeat 2 to 5 times with 1-minute breaks. Massage: add 3–7 drops to massage oil or cream.
