Sea buckthorn oil is derived from the pulp or seeds of sea buckthorn fruit. The oil has a characteristic dark orange colour due to its high content of carotenoids. Sea buckthorn oil is also rich in fatty acids (oleic, linoleic, palmitic, palmitoleic, stearic), tocopherols (vitamin E), vitamin K, sterols and phospholipids.

Sea buckthorn oil is widely used in traditional medicine due to its anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, soothing and wound healing effect. It can be used to treat some skin conditions (such as eczema) and speed up the healing of burns. Of course, you should consult a physician before using any oil as a skin treatment.

Thanks to the oil’s ability to stimulate skin regeneration and renewal, it is perfect for taking care of mature skin. Sea buckthorn oil repairs the skin from the inside, provides it with vitamins and other nutrients, makes the skin soft and supple, restores its healthy glow, and slows down skin ageing thanks to having antioxidant properties.

To achieve a visible effect, you need to leave the oil on for at least 20 minutes before shampooing and repeat the procedure regularly.

Warning! Due to its high carotenoid content, sea buckthorn oil can stain your skin or hair orange. Try the product on a small area of your skin/strand of hair before use.

Directions. Suitable for skin and hair care. When used for skincare: apply to clean skin, massage until absorbed. When used for hair care: apply to hair roots or along the entire length, leave for at least 20 minutes, shampoo, rinse thoroughly. Can be used to enrich DIY or store-bought beauty products.
