  I'm a big fan of DIY cosmetics and I'm really into Ayurveda so naturally amla powder is one of my favorite ingredients. I usually use it on my hair. I mix 2 tbsp amla, 2 tbsp brahmi, and some liquid coconut oil, then massage the micture onto my scalp than spread it over my hair and l eave for 1-3 hours, then rinse. It has made my hair grow nearly 1.5 inches in about 6 weeks!
