Ukrainian beauty brand Triuga presents shatavari powder. It is a 100% natural Ayurvedic product that will take good care of your hair and skin. Shatavari powder is widely used in cosmetology because of its pronounced antioxidant and rejuvenating properties.
Shatavari (satavar, shatamull) powder is obtained from the plant Asparagus racemosus. It is a species of asparagus native to India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and the Himalayas. Shatavari is widely used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine thanks to its antioxidant effect. In addition, it can be used as a skin and hair care product.
Shatavari can be applied to all skin types. It produces a strong toning and rejuvenating effect, provides skin cells with oxygen, makes the skin softer, relieves inflammation, and soothes irritated skin. It also has moisturising properties; shatavari powder locks in moisture, helping to keep the skin hydrated.
When used for hair care, shatavari also has a number of benefits. It helps to repair damaged hair structure, makes the hair softer and smoother, nourishes hair follicles, and prevents brittle and split ends.
Directions. Mix 1 tsp powder with warm water to get a smooth paste. Apply to your skin or hair. Leave for 15–20 minutes, rinse with warm water. Apply skin toner and moisturiser.

You can use shatavari decoction or infusion to wash or wipe your face, or as a hair rinse.
